Analysis of leadership
Analysis of Leadership
Leadership style is how a leader works to achieve other
goals. Leadership style involves how a manager plans, organizes, decides,
delegates and directs employees. (Valamis,2022).

Nowadays in the global society, we have recognized many
successful leaders with the ability and skills of a particular leader and
adaptable strategies. Whereas, the leaderships skills depend on the company,
country, culture and level of management styles.
As per my research, there are many styles of leadership.
Whereas pre-dominantly classified into three groups
- Democratic
leadership
- Autocratic
leadership
-
Laissez-faire leadership (Fiona
Houlihan,2020).
According, to Adair’s leadership models, depends on three
components
Team management, individual
and task. It defines that the three components cannot stand alone. Adair’s
model theory is dependent on the other components. Whereas being a leader you
have to find out the weakness and strengths of the team members. Perhaps, for
instance, an employee will have a communication
problem, so we as a manager should find a solution and train him further. When
it comes to organizing your work. However, if left untreated, the problem can
escalate until it seriously affects the project in question. (Mullins,2010).

Differentiation of Management and leadership
Management is the process of accomplishing business
objectives through its function such as
- Training
employees
- Co-ordination
with teams
- Forecasting
organisation
- Monitoring
and evaluation.
Frederick
W. Taylor states “knowing what people want to do and supervise them to make
best way and cheapest”
The
manager concentrates mainly on these fundamental elements Ideas, things
and people. (A. Mackensie’s 1969).
Leadership is a process that influences leaders and group members to achieve
common goals.
Strength
of leader to follow people, adapt, lead and the human side of the business for the
“teacher”.
Druker says” to achieve high efficiency and
adapt to external changes” to become a good leader.
There are
many traits that make up a strong leader some of the key elements are
-
Honesty &
Integrity
-
Vision
-
Inspiration
-
Ability to
challenge
-
Communication
Skills.
Example
of leaders
In 1976, Steve
Jobs and Wozniak joined together to start Apple Computer. The company's
stock price dropped to $2 per share, but under Jobs' creative management, the
business grew gradually, reaching a peak of $200 per share in 2007. He creates
a vision, which increases his colleagues' inspiration and energy as well as
their enthusiasm and passion for their work. This is a transformational
leadership approach if you will. The (Mac) desktop and laptop were the
birthplaces of innovative leadership. The I Mac, which is available on the
Apple I Pod, is one of his fashionable computers. Jobs frequently displays his
dictatorial leadership style. I Pod is one of his fashionable computers. Jobs
frequently displays his dictatorial leadership style. (Levy, S.2022).
Bill
Gates is a
prominent businessman who has successfully led Microsoft Corporation as its
founder and CEO since 1975. Coming from an entrepreneurial background, he
pursued his hobbies from a young age. He had a clear concept that he wanted to
emphasize and he began working on it. Gates and his pal Allen intended to
develop a programming language for brand-new, unreleased computers. Gates then
secured a purchase order from IBM in 1981 to produce his DOS. This was
Microsoft's first significant move. Gates never pursued long-term ideas in all implementations (Cusumano, 2009). Microsoft is on
top of
the world thanks to Gates' innovation and constant learning (Moore, 2011).
Conclusion
Based on my overview, I believe Strong managers and leaders
who onboard their staff and guide them toward success are essential qualities
for successful business owners. Leadership is about inspiring others to share
your vision, support you in achieving it, and cooperate with you.
