Leadership that demonstrates and promotes universally appropriate behaviour through individual choices and interpersonal relations. When it comes right down to it, ethical leadership is defined as putting people in positions of management and leadership who will promote and be instances of appropriate, moral behaviour in their actions and relationships at work. Leaders are the ones whom we fantasise about and we follow them and they are our role models in creating our future the way they walk, talk, behaviours become the foundation for our company and goals we look up to them like our heroes each and every action of that person gives us more and more ethics.
